Billing

Q. Do I have to pay a fee when I sign up?

Rapid Placement is available to teachers for free. If you are a school click here for Pricing.

Q. We are a very small school do we qualify for the free to use service?

If your school has under 100 students you can sign on and use the service for free.  

Q. Are you able to invoice us for the teachers time aswell as the placement?

At the moment we only match teachers with schools, we do not look after the contractual agreements, pay, superannuation or tax between a school and CRT's

Q. I'm in another state other than Victoria can I use your site?

A. At the moment Rapid Placement is for Victorian placements only, we are looking to bring the system Australia wide as soon as possible. If you are from and another state and would be interested in the system why don't you drop us a line or send an email registering your interest. 

Q. Do I have to be a qualified teacher to sign up to rapid placement?

A. Rapid Placement is currently only offering teachers and schools in Victoria to get in touch with each other.

If you are a teacher looking for a job then you must have a currant valid VIT and NCHRC Certificates

If you want to represent your schools simply sign up and one of our friendly team will be in contact with your school within 1 business day to verify the schools details and contacts.  

Q. I did note receive my confirmation email

A. If you did not receive a confirmation e-mail, check your spam filter. Your e-mail program or ISP may have misidentified the confirmation as spam. If it’s not there, give us a call and we’ll be happy to help you activate your account.

Q. What happens if I post a job but have to cancel it?

A. If you have posted a job and no one has accepted you can simply cancel the job.
If someone has accepted the job and its a suitable time before the job stated then you must cancel the job on the system and get acknowledgment from the teacher you are placing

Q. Can multiple staff members manage one school or a group of schools?

A. YES, Once you sign up as a school representative you can apply to manage as many schools as required however that school will receive a call to verify that you are authorized to do so. This is done for each and every representative.

Q. Can I Favourite or Hide a teacher?

YES, Rapid Placement offers you a way to both favourite and block / hide a teacher, this really comes in handy if you have multiple people managing your schools CRT hiring.

Q. What happens when I accept a job however I can't attend due to unforeseen circumstances?

A. When you accept a job you will receive the schools details including the contact of the person who offered the job. You will need to contact them AS SOON as you know that you cannot attend. 

Are you an agency?

Rapid Placement is not an agency, we provide a service where we match CRT's and schools based on availability, class type, grade and distance. Both CRT's and schools are in control of their own interests.  

How far into the future can I set my availability?

You can set your availability for the whole year, however you as outside appointments pop up please maintain your Rapid Placement calendar to avoid embarrassing conflicts.
